Project Outline:
TSA were appointed by British Airways
Property to undertake the M&E design
associated with replacing underground
pipework from an energy centre to the
main building and upgrading emergency
lighting to stairs and core areas
Pipework
replacement necessitated closely working
with structural engineer and BA as it was
necessary to maintain HWS services to the
main building at all times
Summary:
Upgrade and refurbishment of existing premises
whilst maintaining services.
