Project Outline:
TSA were appointed by the mechanical design
& build contractor to undertake the
design of the mechanical services on the
above project to meet a fast-track programme
from design to completion in 14 weeks
The project comprised: 8,000 m2 Spec. Office
Refurbishment. High quality VAV air conditioning,
4 new roof-top AHU’s, ductwork, VAV
Boxes with terminal re-heat, BMS Controls,
Toilets, DX Chillers, Boiler Room interface.
The project programme was extended by numerous
Client changes to which TSA responded by
producing a fast turn around on design information.
Summary:
Mechanical services design, demonstrates
TSA’s ability to work to a tight programme
and their responsiveness in terms of changes
to scope of work.
