Project Outline:
TSA were appointed by the mechanical design
& build contractor to undertake the
design of the mechanical services on the
above project to meet a fast-track programme
from design to completion in 12 weeks
The project comprised: 16,000 m2 refurbishment:
4,000 m2 Office Block with 12,000 m2 Warehouse
behind. High quality ceiling mounted FCU’s.
Restaurant, Kitchen, Meeting Rooms. Textile
Sock Ventilation with displacement cooling
in Warehouse complete with 8 large gas-fired
AHU’s incorporating heat recovery
thermal wheels.
The project programme was extended by numerous
Client changes to which TSA responded by
producing a fast turn around on design information.
Summary:
Mechanical services design, demonstrates
TSA’s ability to work to a tight programme
and their responsiveness in terms of changes
to scope of work.
