TSA were appointed by Land SecuritiesTrillium
to produce Pulse Electronic Record information
for the Central Energy Centre, basement
HVAC Plantrooms and HV Substations at
BBC TV Centre
Project Outline:
Retrieval of existing O&M Manuals
and drawings, surveying existing Energy
Centre facilities including CHP, absorption
chillers, boilers, water treatment plant
control panels HVAC plant etc and produce
accurate record drawings. Production of
Operating Procedures for major plant/systems;
scanning of existing O&M Manuals and
integration of project record information.
