TSA Role:
TSA have been appointed by various Clients
to produce electronic record information
(drawings and O&M Manuals) using TSA’s
PULSE system
Project Outline:
TSA developed PULSE, an Electronic Record
Information system, specifically for Property
Management, and have completed over 100,000m2
of properties for M&E services and
building elements.
This
has involved finding, checking, reviewing
and altering existing record information
(including all AutoCAD drawings), site surveys,
reviewing and setting maintenance procedures,
writing the Health & Safety File, converting
all information into electronic format issued
on CD Rom, and providing an ongoing document
management system to ensure that records
are kept up to date. Clients include a large
financial company, Overbury, Mansell, Land
Securities Trillium (BBC) and British Airways
Property.
Summary:
Ability to centralise records, easy access
(either via LAN or CD-ROM) to information
thereby reducing services down-time, can
be password protected thereby preventing
unauthorised access, allows easy updating
of record information
