The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 require the Client to appoint a competent Principal Designer and Contractor to undertake the work safely having provided all relevant record information and highlighted existing site risks and operating procedures.

We provide advice to clients to meet their duties ensuring that projects are safely managed by competent Designers and Contractors using safe proven procedures.

TSA will:

  • Complete Pre-Construction Information identifying foreseeable risks
  • Advise the Client on competency, information flow and risk control measures
  • Provide relevant information to Designers and Contractors
  • Coordinate the flow of information between all parties
  • Notify the HSE (issue F10)
  • Monitor site H&S risks and construction time allocations
  • Collect record information and prepare the Health and Safety File
